Before you contact us
Check that LostNot has camera or microphone permission in your iPhone Settings, and make sure your device has an internet connection before using AI recognition or voice entry.

Your data
You can edit or delete saved places in the app. To permanently erase your LostNot account and all associated data, use the account deletion option in Settings.
